Legacy Square has beautiful amenities for its residents. Those amenities are for the use of all residents of Legacy Square in good standing with their dues. The facilities are on a first come first serve basis; unless listed below. As a resident of Legacy Square we ask that you clean up after yourself when you are done, trash cans are located within the amenities areas.
Pool - Pavilion - Tennis Courts - Playground - Basketball Court
The Pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM to all Legacy Square residents from May 1st to October 1st. An adult must accompany children at all times. Please do not forget your pool key as you will need it to gain access to the pool area. Please obey the pool rules posted at the pool. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited at all times.
The Pavilion is for use by all residents for Legacy Square, there is a $25.00 non-refundable use fee and a $50.00 refundable deposit; reservations do not guarantee the use of the pool. Do not tape up your decorations please tie them to the post to avoid damaging the paint.Please contact Enos Garvin to make your reservation
The Pavilion Can Be Reserved for Your Private Party
Requirements are:
$25 non-refundale usage fee
$50 refundable fee
*Following inspection of the Pavilion after usage, the $50 fee will be refunded,
provided that it is cleaned of all party materials.
*Reserving the pavilion does not include use of the association pool by party guests.
These are separate amenities for residents and their guests.
*At all times, owners must accompany all guests that use the association pool.
Only 25 people are permitted in the pool area at one time.
The Tennis Courts are open from dawn to dusk to all residents of Legacy Square and their guests. Please make sure the gate is closed when you exit the courts.
The Playground is open year round for our children to enjoy.
The Basketball CourtsThe full size basketball court is open year round. Please help keep our courts nice and clean.
Autumn Lake Pavilion and Walking Trail The Autumn Lake pavilion and walking trail are available to all residents of Legacy Square and all other subdivision in Berwick Plantation. It features a 2 acre lake, pavilion, restrooms and walking trail. The trail runs all along Berwick Blvd and around the lake. The pavilion is located next to The Villages at Autumn Lake.
Please help keep our amenities clean do not litter.
