Frank Moore Company, LLC, is now responsible for budgets, all accounts payable and receivable, HOA invoicing and collections, maintenance-contract renewals and negotiations, present all financial reports at Board meetings, etc.
Resident concerns, complaints or issues should be directed to the President or any Board member for resolution.

Legacy Square is governed by a Board of Directors that is comprised of at least two members, currently there are four(4) board members. The members are elected every year at the annual Home Owners Association meeting, any Legacy Square homeowner can be a board member, it does require the commitment of time to attend to items related to the Association. The members elect a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and the Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee.
Dues are due January 1st, May 1st, and September 1st.
