  • Who do I contact to reserve the Pavilion?
    1. The person to contact is our acting president Enos Garvin.

  • If there is a tree on common areas that I think should be looked at whom do I contact?
    1. You can contact any board member, they will be willing to address your issues.

  • If I wish to add on to my house what must I do?
    1. Contact the Architectural Review Committee for specifics.

  • When are HOA dues due?
    1. HOA dues are due January 1st, May 1st and September 1st. The HOA will send bills prior to the due date.

  • Where do I send my dues payments?

  • How Many people can use the pool at one time?
    1. The limit of people using the pool area at any time is 30.

  • When is the pool open?
    1. The pool is open May 1st to October 1st from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
