To beautiful Legacy Square
Legacy Square is a 107-acre portion of the original historic Berwick Plantation that was later purchased by Konter Homes from International Paper, who used this property as a tree farm. The main entrance of Legacy Square is located within Berwick Plantation on the West Side of Coastal Highway 17 in Savannah, Georgia. Our Association is composed of two communities, Heritage Walk and Grove Park that are accessed from the main entry circle just beyond our main entrance into Legacy Square from Berwick Boulevard. A beautiful feature of our community is the preservation of the centuries old Live Oak trees throughout and small squares with benches that adds character to the property.
